As a network administrator at inducio GmbH, you will work in modern IT and network environments and be involved in setting up and developing stable, secure, and high-performance infrastructures.
You will work closely with various departments and customers, contribute your technical expertise, and drive projects forward independently. Responsibilities

• Support and administration of existing network and IT infrastructures
• Setup, configuration, and maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and WLAN systems
• Monitoring, error analysis, and troubleshooting in daily operations
  
• Support with customer projects and implementation of technical requirements
• Documentation of networks, processes, and configurations
• Collaboration with technicians, project teams, and other departments

Essential

• Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
  
• Initial to several years of practical experience in network technology/IT infrastructure
  
• Basic knowledge of routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols
  
• Technical understanding & interest in further development
  
• Team spirit and solution-oriented communication
• Good documentation skills
• Work permit for Germany

Desirable

• Experience with systems such as Cisco, Aruba, OPNsense, or similar.
  
• Basic knowledge of IT security
  
• Experience with monitoring tools
• Knowledge of scripting/automation (e.g., Python, Bash, API)
• Willingness to take on long-term responsibility (e.g., project management)
  
• Strong analytical skills
